Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or a listing contains an obvious pricing error.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Discount codes
Codes such as GLOW10 apply to a first order, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging may occasionally differ from the photos.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered in our shipping policy and returns in our returns policy; both form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights always apply in addition.
Liability
Products must be used according to their instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
