How to start a return

• Email support@glownest.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
• Send the item back — keep the shipping receipt until the refund is confirmed.

Condition

Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Damaged or faulty items

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay return postage for our mistake.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. After dispatch, use the standard return process above.
