Processing time

Orders are checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery time

• Europe: 6–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment of ordering, and can be longer during peak seasons.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your destination. Any free shipping thresholds are shown in your cart.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate or resend.

Customs & duties

Where applicable, import duties and taxes are shown transparently at checkout. Orders that collect duties on delivery are clearly flagged before payment.

Wrong or missing parcel

Email support@glownest.shop with your order number and we will fix it — replacement or refund.
